Joining the Board of Trustees

The Ulysses Philomathic Library Board of Trustees is comprised of 5-25 members, each serving a three-year term. They are always seeking active community members to replenish their ranks. Board meetings are held on the third Tuesday of the month. If interested please contact Charles Kee, Board President at ckee@trumansburglibrary.org.

UPL Trustee Bylaws

  • All meetings are held in person in the library’s Melvin Community Meeting Room, third Tuesdays at 7 pm. Full Board meetings are open to the public.
