Aug 27: Hands-on Prehistory with the Museum of the Earth!
Learn about local fossils and distant dinosaurs! Rob Ross, a paleontologist and educator from the Museum of the Earth, will bring hands-on specimens to explore the sorts of fossils found here in Upstate New York, such as ancient sea creatures and Ice Age elephants, and fossils of dinosaurs that are found in other parts of the country.
This is a family program intended for children of all ages and their caregivers.
